Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to define and communicate project requests, support the development of business requirements, and ensure alignment with IT resources.
  • Gather business reporting requirements and translate them into technical report design specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis on existing system functionalities and apply configuration updates using an application management tool.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user help documents.
  • Provide tier 2 support for internal business users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring platform maintenance.
  • Coordinate and maintain data interfaces with other internal systems/applications.
  • Work closely with developers/designers to ensure business requirements are understood and the correct solutions are developed.
  • Maintain effective communication with business analysts, project managers, cross-functional teams, and customers to identify key tasks and due dates.
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Intermediate skills in Excel and SQL/Query.
  • Ability to multitask with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong capability to translate business needs and problems into system specifications and technical/business solutions.
  • Experience in managing the requirements process and liaising across various operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills, complex analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and share knowledge effectively.
  • Experience developing and working with requirements documents, Use Cases, and test cases.
  • Knowledge of various program management and application tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of IT-related experience, such as Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, etc.
