We are seeking an experienced Head of IT to lead the organization's technology strategy and operations.Role OverviewThe Head of IT will oversee the full technology landscape-enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, retail technologies, and support-while partnering closely with supply chain, operations, merchandising, finance, and e-commerce teams. This leader will modernize core systems, improve business continuity, and ensure the company's technology capabilities can scale with rapid growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's enterprise-wide IT strategy across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support operations.Oversee reliability, scalability, and security of all core systems including ERP, POS, e-commerce platforms, network architecture, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS environments.Lead cybersecurity programs: governance, risk management, incident response, and company-wide training.Support technology needs across distribution centers, retail stores, corporate offices, and remote teams.Drive modernization and transformation initiatives (cloud migrations, automation, system integrations, device management, and data governance).Partner with supply chain and operations teams to enhance inventory visibility, logistics efficiency, and fulfillment accuracy.Manage vendor relationships, licensing, contracts, and procurement for hardware, software, and IT services.Build and lead a high-performing IT organization with strong service-level expectations and a customer-first mindset.Develop robust disaster recovery, business continuity, and security compliance capabilities.Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and long-term digital strategy.What They're Looking For10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally within consumer goods, retail, CPG, or similar operationally complex environments.Proven success managing enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, POS, and e-commerce platforms.Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and SaaS management.Experience supporting distributed environments (stores, warehouses, and corporate teams).Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy systems, optimize processes, and drive cross-functional change.Strong communicator capable of partnering closely with supply chain, finance, merchandising, and executive leadership.Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management, and leading internal teams.Why This Role Stands OutHigh-impact seat at the table with direct access to the executive team.Opportunity to build a modern technology foundation for a fast-growing consumer brand.Influence across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and corporate operations.A chance to lead meaningful transformation inside a dynamic, customer-driven business.
