Qualified candidates must:

  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have very strong typing skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Have ability to multi-task and be organized
  • Prior law firm experience is required.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare all documents for court hearing and depositions
  • Review and analyze medical records
  • Prepare medical chronologies
  • Draft and review discovery responses, motions and pertinent pleadings
  • Calendar court and case deadlines
  • Create, organize and maintain litigation files
  • Meet monthly billable requirements
