Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, providing expert counsel and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements, with attention to detail and precision.
  • Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state with 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience in mva, product/premises, or trucking.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes for clients.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
  • Client-focused approach to legal practice, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and service.
