Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of EHS experience, leadership skills, and relevant certifications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incident investigations and workers' compensation claims.
  • Analyze safety trends and propose improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee safety training and maintain documentation.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in EHS.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in organizational culture change.
  • Certification in safety management preferred.
  • Proficiency in OHSA and workers' comp administration.
