Job Description

The Moinian Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team.   • Development and Distribution of Marketing Material

Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing and promotional material across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines through effective collaboration, project management and communication between cross functional stakeholders and marketing team members.

  • Internal Reporting

Contribute to the preparation of internal reports by gathering and organizing data, tracking key performance metrics, and providing insights into marketing performance.

  • Data Entry and Analysis

Conduct data entry tasks and assist in the analysis of marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Market Research & Industry Trends Monitoring

Aid in conducting market research activities, including surveys, interviews, and data collection. Collate findings and assist in generating actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and compelling marketing campaigns to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

  • Vendor Relations

Liaise with suppliers and clients to strengthen relationships, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Newsletter Management

Assist in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and relevant information, ensuring timely delivery and accurate content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (education/degree, internship, or entry-level role) in marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
