Responsibilities:

  • Operate and execute biophysical, biochemical, and analytical assays by using state-of-the-art instrumentations.
  • Assist in the design, development, and optimization of novel assays to measure the change in properties of biological materials under various conditions.
  • Source, secure, and maintain chemical reagents and biological samples.
  • Maintain laboratory notebooks and other lab-related documents in an organized and timely manner.
  • Contribute to the collaborative, trustful, and communicative work environment in a close-knit team focusing on utmost productivity.


Qualifications:

  • B.S. or M.S. degree in biology, chemistry, material science, engineering or related fields. Hands-on wet-lab experience (academia or industry) strongly preferred.
  • Hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination required, as some experiments require fine movements of small objects with fingers.
  • Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • A reliable team player to foster our culture of collaboration, support, and respect.
  • Excited about translating benchtop discoveries to market products that benefit people’s daily life.
