In this role, you will:

Coordinator (75% of the time)

·      Receive and process incoming home warranty inquiries, and disperse service requests to the assigned community representative.

·      High inbound call/email volume communication. Must be able to quickly and effectively communicate back with the homeowner.

·      Relay warranty policies and decisions to homeowner.

·      Oversee and review all completed service requests to ensure and approve proper completion.

·      Obtain, track, keep, and distribute trade/contractor partner lists.

·      Assist customer care department and representatives as necessary

Field Representative (25% of the time)

·      Conduct on-site inspections of new homes to identify and document warranty issues

·      Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their concerns and answer their questions

·      Schedule and oversee repairs with qualified contractors, ensuring timely and high-quality workmanship

·      Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records

·      Build positive relationships with homeowners and become a trusted advisor

Qualifications:

·      Able to work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

·      Previous customer care/warranty experience

·      A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      A detail-oriented problem solver with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

·      Must possess a valid driver's license
