Our team is seeking an Sales Specialist based out of our Miami office. This is a great career opportunity for the right candidate with the energy and experience in generating strong commercial specifications with a track record of successful sales of building products within the A&D community in the US.


The successful candidate will:

· Be responsible for all A&D sales within a territory. Generate new business and grow existing customer base business. Secures appointments with and provide professional presentations to end users, interior designers and architectural professionals.

· Work closely with Division 10 Contractors, End-users and General Contractors to provide sales support with quoting, budgeting and product knowledge training.

· Introduce new products, programs, promotions and specification tools to Architects and Designers and consistently reinforce the value proposition of our offering and its advantage in the market.

· Possess the skills and aptitude to call on and sell directly into strategically important End-user Healthcare, Education and Commercial customers.

· Be proficient at managing multiple projects and implementing effective strategy that results in the sale.

· Be capable of securing appointments for presentations at all high profile A & D firms in the market.

· Provide detailed technical expertise on a wide range of washroom accessories and hand dryers.

· Consult and advise clients which is the most appropriate hand dryer application, effectively detailing the features and benefits of each product based on their needs.

· Be knowledgeable and aware of competitive products and be capable of positioning our products in an advantageous manner.

· Engage, build and maintain strong relationships among clients within the A & D community based on value added service and performance.

· Be an active part of local professional associations such as AIA, CSI, USGBC, IIDA, etc.

· Work with CMD, Reed or Dodge reports to source leads on new project opportunities and track existing jobs out to bid.

· Effectively track pending projects and keep an up-to-date database of clients -- providing summary reports to sales management as requested.

· Work closely with other company sales reps as required, making sure product is purchased from Saniflow Corp.

· Work effectively with other members of the sales team using effective communication and efforts that aligns with overall regional objectives.

· Provide organized, detailed updates of all activity and project work in our CRM platform.

· Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.


Qualifications and skills needed:

· 5+ years sales experience

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Experience in the North American construction industry preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· Team player

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM, and SAP

· Ability to effectively travel as required to fulfill sales requirements and/or attend meetings
