NetGain Technologies’ Professional Services Team needs a Project Manager to help us in our everyday mission to use awesome computer stuff to provide excellent service to our clients. In this role, you will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. We love continuous improvement and expect the person that fills this role to grow You’ll do all this and more with a team of bright coworkers by your side.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely completion of project-related activities
- Develop, implement and maintain a detailed project plan, including milestones and phases
- Facilitate kickoff and client meetings with structured agendas for key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to identify, resolve or assist in the resolution of scope, time, resource obstacles or conflicts
- Continually learn and apply project management methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversee project resources and ensure team members adhere to project schedules
- Conduct project review meeting to capture lessons learned, find areas for improvement, and suggest solutions
- Manage overall coordination of projects from planning through implementation
Communication
- Schedule meetings and work directly with internal and external project stakeholders
- Meet with clients for project kick-off calls to discuss timelines and deliverables
- Provide project status updates to project stakeholders and management
- Act as a liaison between the project team, internal teams, and clients
- Foster collaboration across different departments and teams to facilitate project tasks and deliverables
Qualifications We Require
- 5+ Years of experience in Project Management
- General understanding of Information Technology
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
