We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing high-volume technical recruiting needs.Candidates located in the Dayton or Cincinnati metro areas are strongly preferred.Role OverviewThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying technical talent across roles in software engineering, IT infrastructure, data, and related fields. This position requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a high number of active openings.ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of technical requisitions across multiple clientsSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and internal databasesConduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess fit and capabilityPrepare and submit polished candidate profiles to hiring managersCoordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist with offersMaintain accurate and compliant ATS recordsBuild strong pipelines of qualified technical talent for recurring needsCollaborate with the recruiting and account management team to understand client requirementsQualifications3+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency preferred)Proven success in handling high-volume technical openingsExperience recruiting roles such as software developers, systems engineers, analysts, and IT supportStrong sourcing abilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searchExcellent communication, organization, and follow-throughExperience with ATS tools and metrics-driven recruiting processesAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented environmentWhy Join Us?Competitive base salary + performance incentivesSupportive team environment with room for growthDirect access to hiring managers and real influence in hiring strategyEEO StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
