Candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including:
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of architectural projects.
- Surveying properties to be developed.
- Preparing accurate as-built drawings.
- Assisting with the preparation of construction documents.
- Preparing 3D massing models and color renderings.
The qualified individual must demonstrate the ability to plan/organize work to meet project assignments and also possess excellent communication skills in order to interface with clients and coordinate with other technical disciplines. Technical layout skills and demonstrated competence in CAD drafting, design detailing, and drawing accuracy are also essential. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic and be a dynamic team player who will represent our firm in a professional manner. Candidate must be able to work independently, take on tasks and see them through to completion, and also support team members/work as an extension of the other designers.
Must have 4-5 years of architectural design experience and possess the following attributes:

- Client-Friendly: You are comfortable in client interactions.
Required qualifications include:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Competency in Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Comfortable working in a small firm environment.
- Ability to commute to our studio in Doylestown Borough & clients' homes (typically within a 30 mile radius of Doylestown).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Architectural Systems preferred.
- Architectural/design degree and/or background a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in construction/architecture.
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD and/or Google Sketch-Up a plus.
- Knowledge of Building Codes a plus.
- Close to Doylestown - this position is full time in the office. No hybrid applicants please.
