We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including workflow, layout, and equipment selection, to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
  • Evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
  • Conduct research programs to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Enhance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Provide decision-making support by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams for process improvement projects, new product launches, or facility expansions, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to meet project goals.
  • Develop manufacturing processes based on product requirements, research findings, and consultations with equipment suppliers.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, consensus-building, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive individual with strong decision-making and project execution abilities.
  • Demonstrated core values in leadership and hands-on experience driving sourcing initiatives to support product development teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • High level of technical expertise and strong analytical thinking skills.
