Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure product quality, product reliability, and quality of the data received from customers and vendors.
- Perform appropriate unit testing, end-to-end testing and other QA activities.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, such as test plans, quality manuals, and quality reports.
- Design and execute system, performance, and user acceptance testing plans to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customers, data engineering, analytics, and customer success teams.
- Address customer feedback and incorporate solutions into QA processes.
- Stay up-to-date with QA tools, methodologies, and industry best practices. Help implement where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical roles with at least 2 years experience in a QA role.
- Experience in project management, oversight of customer implementation, and tracking of account management activities
- Experience working with complex structured data
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with data produced by CRM systems, email/sms marketing systems, and/or pharmacy claims is useful but not necessary.
- Demonstrated GSD “Get Stuff Done” attitude and results[3]
- Strong influencer and communicator across all levels of both Allazo Health and customer and supplier organizations;
- Highly organized; detail and metric-oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office and desktop technology skills
- Preferred: Demonstrated success in high-growth, early-stage company environment
