Role Description

This is a full-time selling position on-site role for an HVAC Inside Sales position at APCO Supply in Lansing, MI. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with HVAC and plumbing product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing excellent customer service, and promoting preventive maintenance solutions to clients.


Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly learn organizational procedures and operations
  • Ability to analyze non-complex administrative details and correct routine error situations
  • High degree of math competency and ability to maintain arithmetic and statistical accuracy
  • Write in a neat, legible fashion
  • Possess good oral communication skills
  • Operate material handling equipment
  • Have some background/knowledge of the HVAC/R field, commercial experience is a plus
  • Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
