Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Deploy targeted audience files to downstream channels
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive strategy
  • Manage ongoing validation of data integrity for scheduled and AdHoc campaigns
  • Analyze marketing and member performance both through analysis and report creation

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Experience coding with SQL, SAS, Python or R
  • Experience working with campaign orchestration technologies (CDP preferred)
  • Experience mining and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and process improvements
  • Experience creating insightful dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau or related visualization tool
  • Capability to hypothesize, operationalize and report on cross-channel targeted marketing strategies
  • Strong ability to create and deploy meaningful datasets
  • Capability to multitask and manage deadlines
  • Experience working in a collaborative setting
