What's the Role

TKC Development is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Engineer and become an Owner's Representative on our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities and acting as the primary liaison between the project owner and the project team. It will be your responsibility ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards while solving on-site challenges and facilitating smooth communication among all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Management: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact between the owner, contractors, engineers, and architects to address any project-related issues.
  • Technical Oversight: Review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to verify that construction work meets project requirements and industry standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site challenges, such as technical issues or schedule delays, to keep the project on track.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet financial and timeline goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, change orders, and field notes.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to safety standards and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Seeking or Completed Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
