Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager, Basking Ridge NJ (Hybrid)
Our client is one of the world’s leading reproductive medicine clinics. They’re the largest group in the world devoted exclusively to human-assisted reproduction technology.
This is an opportunity to join a small but rapidly growing team at a KKR portfolio company and play a key role in their North American expansion.
Given the team size and their growth plans, there’s scope for the individual to have a significant impact and work closely with the Finance Director, US Executive Team, Accounting Team, Clinical directors, Operations, HQ Finance, Global Consolidations team, etc.
Your Role:
• Be responsible for the internal month-end reporting to HQ, US Management, and Business Partners (Clinics and US support functions).
• Lead Budget and Forecasting process for the US Region establishing robust assumption process, workflows, and financial input.
• Carry out detailed analysis and review of key areas of the P&L (i.e. revenues deep-dive, EBITDA cause of change actuals vs budget, personnel costs analysis, ROI, etc.).
• Use results from financial and budget analysis data to communicate results and presents business recommendations to upper management.
Your Experience:
• 3 – 5 of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience preparing forecasts in matrixed organizations (multiple legal entities, several markets/business units, HQ, and local management).
Location: The team is based out of their office in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. The role can be hybrid, but the candidate must be willing to be in office twice a week.
