Position Summary:

The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery load of two critical teams within the IT Back Office organization: the Development Team and the Network and System Engineering Team. This role involves managing team performance, coordinating daily operations, and organizing deliverables to ensure the successful execution of IT projects and technology enhancements. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring that both the Development Team and the Network and System Engineering Team operate effectively and efficiently, contributing to the successful delivery of IT projects and enhancements within IT Shared Services.


Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure the development team meets its goals and delivers on schedule by setting clear objectives and tracking progress.
  • Oversee daily activities, manage workflows, and coordinate tasks within the development team to ensure efficiency and alignment with project goals.
  • Structure, prioritize, and manage development deliverables to align with strategic objectives and ensure timely completion
  • Supervise daily operational tasks and ensure that network and system engineering deliverables meet quality standards and align with expected outcomes.
  • Manage light projects aimed at optimizing, modernizing, and enhancing IT infrastructure to support organizational goals and improve overall performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Development Team and the Network and System Engineering Team to ensure cohesive operation and successful project execution.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects by balancing priorities and resources, managing risks, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Drive initiatives to improve and modernize IT infrastructure, implementing innovative solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.


Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related work experience.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in IT management roles with a strong background in both software development and network/system engineering.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze, enhance, and optimize IT infrastructure and processes.
  • Proficiency with IT project management tools and methodologies.
