We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Patent Agent or Technical Analyst to join our Technology Group in Boston, MA, or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a passion for intellectual property law and a strong technical background in physics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications in various technology sectors.
  • Contribute to and develop prosecution strategies for clients.
  • Provide comprehensive technical and legal research and analysis on matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
  • Offer technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in physics is essential.
  • Skills: Outstanding writing and analytical skills.
  • Education: Top academic credentials are necessary.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • USPTO registration is not required but would be considered a plus.
  • No prior patent experience is necessary, but 0-1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
