Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Chat Specialist at Big Dee's Tack & Vet Supply in Streetsboro, OH. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Current Horse Experience (riding, training, owning, competition) minimum 2 years current experience required
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
  • Strong Customer Experience background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
