Role Overview:

Intero Chiropractic, a pioneering chain of chiropractic offices, is on the lookout for a Lead Generation Manager - Local Services. This role is crafted for a dynamic marketer with a knack for driving demand and a passion for impacting lives through health services. As the spearhead of our lead generation efforts, you'll utilize a mix of digital marketing strategies and local service marketing expertise to boost patient bookings and support our clinics' growth throughout the SF Bay Area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation plan, leveraging digital marketing techniques tailored to the local services sector to maximize patient acquisition.
  • Paid Media Mastery: Oversee and optimize our paid advertising campaigns, with a significant focus on video creatives across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, ensuring a high ROI.
  • Funnel Optimization: Design and refine marketing funnels that enhance lead capture and conversion rates, integrating innovative approaches to guide potential patients through the booking process.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data insights to continuously evaluate and refine campaign performance, making informed decisions to improve lead quality and volume.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with both internal teams and external contractors to produce compelling marketing content and implement effective campaigns. Guide and align efforts to ensure consistency and efficiency in our marketing strategy.
  • Market and Consumer Insight: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of our target audience.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing, specifically within the local services or healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of utilizing data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Expertise in managing paid media campaigns, particularly with a focus on video advertising.
  • Creative thinker with experience in funnel optimization and CRO to enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills, capable of leading cross-functional efforts to drive marketing success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a comprehensive understanding of the local services marketing landscape.
