Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IP litigation docketing and maintain files in systems like CompuLaw and iManage.
  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents with precision and speed.
  • Coordinate litigation tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing legal documents, and preparing trial materials.
  • Perform legal research, data analysis, and assist in setting up review databases.
  • Support attorneys with document production, mediations, depositions, and potentially travel for trials.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IP litigation within a law firm.
  • Proficient in litigation docket software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
