A Dallas based Hedge Fund is looking to hire a Compliance Officer. This individual will be a generalist and will ideally have prior hedge fund regulatory experience.


Day to day you will:

  • Prepare and file regulatory filings.
  • Assist with compliance testing and annual compliance review.
  • Review marketing materials.
  • Update compliance policies and procedures
