Top Requirements

Requirements:

  • MS Azure Environments: Understanding of MS Azure environments.
  • Tools: Experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading a Product Owner team and building products.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with business partners and a strategic mindset.
  • Certification: Product Manager Certification is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data flow through Azure, understanding of Unity Catalogue in Databricks, and ability to read Python code.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in grocery retail is a huge plus; general retail experience is also beneficial.

Description:

  • Team Management: Responsible for managing 2+ squads, each with 10-15 people, including Product Owners who will run backlogs and build out 6+ month long-term roadmaps.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Scrum Masters to ensure effective team collaboration and project delivery.
