Then seasoned to perfection for dippin’ & dunkin’ in queso or our signature Smauce® ’til your heart’s content. And our shakes? Well, they’re just the coolest.

Job Summary

Smalls Sliders offers internship opportunities across multiple functional areas of our Smalls Support Center Squad to allow for you to gain hands-on experiences, learning from experts in areas of business, project management, marketing, and many other areas across the organization. Over this 10-week program you will work directly with a leader within Smalls Sliders to gain experience by working on and assisting in the execution of various activities and projects that support Smalls Sliders that support your field of study. Take the opportunity to slide on thru and gain some incredible knowledge, share with us your learnings and join us in our pursuit to be to cheeseburger slider brand that shakes up the big burger industry. Together we can make everyone’s day a small bit better.


Please note, our office is currently located in Sandy Springs and operates on a fully in-office schedule. Interns will be required to follow the team’s regular schedule - 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.


Internship Role Opportunities

Marketing Internships – Two Available

  • Social Media - Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field with a working knowledge of key social media channels and various strategies for each.
  • Creative - Pursing a degree in Marketing, Design, or related field with working knowledge of tools and programs for graphic and digital design.


Requirements and Essential Competencies

  • Required minimum: Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree or master’s program.
  • Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Able to work both effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer focus.
  • Continuous learner, able to adapt and learn new principles and concepts.
