Industrial Maintenance Planner

Denison, TX

First Shift Role- 6AM-3PM M-F


Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities by overseeing maintenance activities, managing schedules, and coordinating resources. This position requires a strong understanding of maintenance management principles, as well as hands-on experience with both low and high voltage systems. The Maintenance Planner will work closely with various teams to ensure that all maintenance tasks are executed effectively and safely.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules for all facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
  • Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors for specialized tasks.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational requirements.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
  • Experience with low voltage and high voltage systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with voltmeters and other diagnostic tools used in electrical maintenance.
  • Strong background in facilities management and maintenance management principles.
  • Previous experience using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
  • Ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
  • A proactive approach to maintaining equipment reliability and safety standards.
