What is in it for you?

As a Product Analyst you will be managing business processes, enterprise functional architecture, or IT strategy. And act as a liaison with business users and external clients to understand evolving business requirements.



Job Responsibilities: -


  • Possess deep experience in managing business processes or enterprise functional architecture or enterprise IT strategy
  • Liaison with business users and external clients to understand evolving business requirements and external organizations
  • Responsible for ensuring right level of functional / business knowledge in technical team
  • Define the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedule roles and resources, evaluate risks and recommend contingency plans
  • Healthcare, Scrum methodology, Azure dashboard/JIRA, user story creation, requirement gathering and documentation, designing workflows
  • Identify system, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Gather business requirement from Clinical or Business teams
  • Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Understand and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.

Required Skills:


  • Hands-on experience in any one or more sub-sectors of Healthcare such as Life Science
  • Hands-on experience as Business Analyst in Agile, Scrum, Provider/EHR experience, HL7, and InterOps engine/interfaces
  • Good understanding of different FHIR versions, FHIR resources and FHIR mapping
  • Should have experience in Data Management related projects preferably with a sound understanding of Snowflake, Hadoop, databases (SQL etc.), File system experience of (XML, JSON) and analytics experience.
  • Technical understanding of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong experience in working with Quality Assurance team on preparing test/imported data, validating test strategies, and performing user acceptance testing
  • Ability to understand the client problem statement and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, adaptable to change with the ability to envision the final work product.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
