USA Security is hiring Commercial Systems Sales Representatives to join our team in Minneapolis

What you’ll do
Develop leads and relationships
Set and conduct client meetings
Demonstrate solutions
Prepare designs and proposals and service agreements
Close deals
Navigate the handoff to our installation team
Repeat
What we’ll do for you
Enroll you in sales training: both technique, and security specific
Immediately set you up in our easy-to-use CRM
Equip you with industry leading, collaborative design software
Set you up with a computer, phone, and iPad
Train you on our quoting software
What we’ll offer

o Base salary ($45,00-$70,00 depending on experience and anticipated commission level)

Desired Education, Work Experience and Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or Business Management preferred
· Ideal candidates will have B2B sales experience, preferably selling
o Network hardware / software installations
o SaaS Systems
o Physical security
o Service Level Agreements
· Fluent and comfortable using video conferencing, CRM, and Microsoft office suite.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills are essential
· This position requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, insurance, and a vehicle.

Position Summary
The Commercial Systems Sales Representative is a professional sales position responsible for driving new business through selling cloud connected access control and video surveillance systems accompanying cloud subscription contracts.
The Commercial Systems Sales Representative will be responsible for utilizing USA Security’s CRM, drafting, and quotation tools to ensure projects sold are within the framework of USA Security’s package of value. This position works cross-departmentally with our project services department to ensure smooth project hand-offs, our service department for a customer-centered approach, and our operations department for budgeting and forecasting.
As a Commercial Systems Sales Representative, your duties will include:
Forward facing Account Growth
- Create new market share through prospecting and developing a new customer base
- Promote and cross sell all USA Security products and services
- Cultivate new leads through referrals, company provided leads, networking groups and cold- calling
- Efficiently manage company resources (CRM, Drafting Software) to maximize daily production and customer relationships
- Provide security consultations to customers that include site walks, presentations, system demonstrations, designs, and proposals
- Close sales and finalize agreements with customers
Administration
- Maintain regular updates on sales activities including customer calls, appointments, presentations and project opportunities in CRM software
- Design systems using drafting software
- Provide management with regular sales activity and business development updates
- Track and update bi-weekly mileage / expense for reimbursement submittal
Industry Presence
- Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives and operational counterparts
- Maintain and update Linkedin Presence
- Engage in vendor offered training
