**Position Overview:**

Explore Logistics LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Power to lead our efforts in the Electricity and Natural Gas sectors. The Director of Power will play a crucial role in targeting and consulting with companies and individuals to optimize their energy procurement strategies. Additionally, the role involves the recruitment and management of a team of Energy Brokers and Salespersons in Houston and across the country.


**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage with potential clients for energy procurement services in deregulated markets.

- Consult with clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions that maximize cost savings and operational efficiency.

- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of Energy Brokers and Salespersons nationwide, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes related to energy procurement and delivery.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including energy suppliers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize team productivity and achieve revenue targets.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.


**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in energy procurement, sales, or consulting, with a strong understanding of deregulated energy markets.

- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and expand market share.

- Experience managing and leading a high-performing team, with a track record of recruiting and developing top talent.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the energy industry.
