Position Overview:


Software Implementation Analyst at Profit. co, an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) software company. This role focuses on ensuring successful deployment and utilization of the software by clients, aligning with their strategic objectives by using their product knowledge, expertise and making recommendations where appropriate.

Job Description:


As a Software Implementation Analyst at Profit.co, you will be responsible for the deployment, customization, and integration of our OKR software solutions into client systems. Your role will focus on understanding client business requirements, configuring the software to meet these needs, and ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the software and long-term adoption.


Responsibilities:


- Analyze client needs and business processes to configure the OKR software accordingly.

- Conduct detailed client discovery sessions to understand their strategic goals and how they align with OKR methodology.

- Customize software settings for each client to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

- Train client teams on how to effectively use the software to achieve their business objectives.

- Provide technical support during the implementation phase and resolve any issues that arise.

- Collaborate with product development teams to suggest software improvements based on client feedback and implementation experiences.

- Prepare and maintain documentation on process configuration and setup for each client.

- Monitor and report on the status of implementations to stakeholders and provide updates as necessary.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

- 1 to 2 years experience in software implementation, project management, or a similar role. 

- A strong understanding of OKR methodology is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide new users.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
