Description:

Lease Management:

  • Prepare, review, and maintain all leasing paperwork and documentation.
  • Ensure all lease agreements comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease terms, conditions, and amendments.


Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding leasing matters.
  • Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate communication between tenants and property managers.


Lease Renewals:

  • Monitor upcoming lease expirations and initiate renewal processes.
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with existing tenants.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize lease renewals.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist property managers with various administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to leasing activities.
  • Maintain and update leasing databases and systems.


Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and property management.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of leasing activities and changes.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss portfolio performance and leasing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience specifically in commercial leasing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
