Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Concrete Superintendent at Harbinger Concrete in Wichita, KS. The Commercial Concrete Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of structural concrete construction projects, including layout, formwork, flat floors. The role involves coordinating with General Contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring high standards in both quality and safety are met.
Qualifications
- Layout and Layout Set Up
- Formwork and Carpentry skills
- Experience with Equipment operation
- Knowledge of various Flatwork Finishing techniques and FF/FL requirements
- Proficiency in handling and resolving conflict
- Strong organizational and team building skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Previous experience in commercial concrete construction
