Scott & Associates, P.C., a well-established multi-state legal recoveries law firm, is actively on the lookout for a motivated Attorney to join the team and represent our litigation firm in Dallas and surrounding areas.


Since our inception in May 2000, we've evolved into a significant player in debt recovery litigation, providing comprehensive solutions for major banks and creditors.


This position is more than just a job; it's a commission-eligible opportunity. Earn commissions based on attorney-negotiated settlements, enhancing your income on top of the listed base salary.


Your role in this adventure:

  • Review and approve collection claims placed with the Firm.
  • Represent clients in civil collection matters, traveling within Dallas and surrounding regions.
  • Approve and execute pleadings for timely case progression.
  • Maintain regular contact with courts, opposing counsel, and consumers for effective case management.
  • Assist in the management and supervision of cases.


What we're looking for:

  • Currently licensed and in good standing with the TX Bar.
  • Thorough understanding of Texas Civil Practice law.
  • Dedication to operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Disciplined work ethic.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
