As our ideal expert and mentor, you will be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. You will have experience working as an independent contractor on platforms like Upwork, and you'll have a solid understanding of the professional training and coaching industry.

You will join a community focused on side hustles, including:

- Reselling and Thrifting — including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
- E-Commerce — including Amazon, Shopify, and your own online store
- Gig Economy — like DoorDash, Uber, or Lyft
- Freelancing and Consulting — social media marketing, graphic design, and more
- Online Business — including blogging, podcasting, and online courses
- Local Services — including cleaning, knife sharpening, notary services, pet waste removal, and more
- Self-Publishing — including Kindle Direct Publishing and Canva
- Work collaboratively with users to evaluate their needs and provide actionable solutions to grow their business
- Develop and implement customized plans that align with users' goals and objectives
- Collaborate with our community to develop educational resources that help users navigate the unique challenges of running a business
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to ensure our users receive the most current and effective advice
- Manage multiple projects and users simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with users to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Continuously monitor and evaluate users' progress and adjust strategies as necessary
- At least 2 years of experience working as a freelance marketer on Upwork or other platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
- Passionate about helping individuals achieve their business goals
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies
