We're in pursuit of a Senior Creative Strategist, Social to join our team As an expert in the digital landscape, you have a track record of producing innovative, social-first campaigns that help drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for our clients. This role requires equal parts social, creator and content expertise – including interpreting insights and trends into action, generating breakthrough ideas and channel-specific concepts, engaging brand communities and advocates online, guiding creative production and providing industry thought-leadership.

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

Lead the development of social-first creative strategies and content execution plans for organic social (macro, micro, grassroots) to amplify brand messaging, drive awareness, support product launches, drive sales and grow engagement and reach for our clients. Collaborate with our strategy team to analyze target audience insights and produce data-driven campaign frameworks to achieve key objectives. Brainstorm, generate conversations / ideas, and collaborate with clients and internal teams, producing fresh concepts and plans to answer project briefs and ensure strategic alignment with client objectives. Guide campaign and creative production from end-to-end, working closely with producers, designers, community managers, content creators in the development of messaging and deliverables Responsible for ensuring content is in tune with what's trending and resonates with youth culture across various platforms. Persuasively and competently present ideas and plans to clients to make sure they love it. Develop comprehensive content calendars that integrate strategic messaging and align with overall marketing objectives. Partner with Impact team members to monitor the performance of social, creator or content campaigns, analyzing results and providing actionable insights for optimization. Maintain an expertise of content types and audiences across all social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Snapchat.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Proven experience (~7 years) in social media management and campaign strategy. Proficiency in still & motion content creation best practices – including briefs, freelance partners, budgets Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and youth culture insights. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic social media campaigns that drive engagement and results. Exceptional creativity and an eye for design details and brand consistency in the social space Strong portfolio showcasing strategic social campaigns and creative content. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to align creative content with strategic goals. Passion for youth culture and a deep understanding of its nuances.
