Job Summary

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Support Specialist to join our Edison Works Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of adoption and change management principles, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills. This role involves creating actionable deliverables to measure change adoption, implementing and leading change initiatives, and connecting multiple stakeholder groups across projects to track open action items to closure. The role requires a self-starter who excels in ambiguous environments, has excellent problem-solving skills, great follow-through, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups. This position reports directly to the Organizational Change Management Manager.


Key Responsibilities


Change Management Support:

  • Understand how people go through change and apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Create actionable deliverables to measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Design, develop, and execute communication plans by process stream.
  • Draft stakeholder communications such as newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, and pulse surveys.
  • Create templates and opportunities for standardization across project platforms.


Project Management:

  • Apply project management practices and track tasks to completion.
  • Monitor change management tasks and drive them to closure by scheduling meetings/trainings, connecting stakeholders, and closing the loop on open action items.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with data service integrators, functional leads, and other stakeholders to understand change impacts.


Support for Analysis:

  • Familiarity with change management principles and ability to tie in metrics to capture user adoption.
  • Frame up data analytics for reporting to broader teams.


Documentation:

  • Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity within the team by generating standard work.
  • Support training material development.


Technical Requirements


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management and/or Project Management.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience developing and delivering end-user training programs.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with information systems such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of project management practices.
  • Certification in change management or project management.
  • Experience with project work for system integrations.
