Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Manager role. You will lead the marketing activities for two of our investments - Bubble Bay Car Wash and redbox+ Dumpsters. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the growth trajectory of two high-potential businesses.


As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and engage customers to unlock revenue. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As the business expands, you will have the opportunity to build your own team to drive further growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience leading a team will be a plus
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and measuring ROI
  • Proficient in marketing software and analytics tools
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Requirements

  • This is a hybrid position based out of the Greater Boston Area.
  • This position requires travel to retail sites in the Greater Boston Area
