Synechron Inc is seeking Sr SQL Developer with Informatica, SSIS- financial services to join our Charlotte , NC , (onsite 3 days a week is a must -Hybris ).

Locals only in-person interview is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Software engineer with a strong proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or SSIS. SQL proficiency is crucial for database management and data manipulation, while ETL tools are essential for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into a target database or data warehouse.
  • When evaluating candidates for this role, it's important to assess their SQL skills, including their ability to write complex queries, optimize database performance, and understand database design principles. Additionally, experience with ETL tools like Informatica or SSIS demonstrates a candidate's ability to work with data integration, data warehousing, and data transformation processes.
  • To identify suitable candidates, you may want to look for individuals with a strong background in database management systems, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages commonly used in data engineering, such as Python or Java, can also be valuable for this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of progressive technical experience in a related industry required.
  • 10 years’ experience with SQL (MS SQL preferred).
  • Develop ETL in Informatica Power Center and Informatica data quality.
  • Strong knowledge of Stored Procedures.
  • Experience with VBA programming in Excel.
  • Experience with Database Performance Tuning.
  • Working knowledge of SSIS.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Scheduler and PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Python (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AWS Database Migration Services.
