JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Top of funnel sales activities
  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Meetings with client stakeholders to create deep and wide sales pipelines
  • Identify opportunities and engage with potential customers to develop solutions for their requirements
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships and be a strong advocate for the customer
  • Conduct market analysis to identify selling opportunities across different tech verticals
  • Collaborate and coordinate with company’s internal teams and stakeholders
  • Understand the IT Services business, MSA contracts, Pricing and Negotiation
  • Prepare regular reports on client meetings, KRA's and revenue forecasts
  • Communicate effectively at different customer forums and tradeshows to generate interest in Flexton and its offerings


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales
  • Deeply knowledgeable about software sales and technology trends
  • Ability to create own pipeline and manage the sales process at different stages of the sales cycle
  • Self-starter, go-getter attitude and ability to solve problems and roadblocks without needing guidance or making excuses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Humble attitude, able to unlearn old ways and learn new skills, and willing to continue to upskill and improve in sales capabilities
  • Ability to use time effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Undergraduate degree required from a good institution
