Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the environmental, health, and safety program for manufacturing operations, construction sites, and miscellaneous locations
  • Maintain compliance of written programs, customer compliance websites, posters, logs, marketing materials, and documentation (for OSHA, customers, and government agencies).
  • Represent the company during audits from OSHA or customers.
  • Develop and implement inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
  • Investigate all incidents and accidents, determining root cause.
  • Analyze data to predict hazards.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field required; Master’s degree desirable.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification in both Construction and General Industry.
  • Five years of related experience is preferred.
