Location: Headquarters (HQ), Franklin, TN

Objective: We are seeking Deployment Technicians to facilitate the rollout of Windows 11 across our locations in the Americas. The successful candidates will be responsible for deploying new equipment, assisting with data migration, and providing on-site support to users for data backup and upgrades.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy Windows 11 on new equipment and reimagine existing systems.
  • Assist users with data backup and upgrades during the transition.
  • Provide hands-on support for hardware and operating system issues.
  • Offer Level 2 support for technical issues and escalations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction throughout the deployment process.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management purposes.
  • Travel to various locations within the Americas as needed.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in deployment and support roles.
  • Proficiency in hardware setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with operating system support, particularly Windows.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment technologies and tools.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
  • Basic knowledge of asset management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site daily.


Additional Information: This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a major technology upgrade project.
