Role Overview: 

We’re looking for a Construction Tech Product Management Co-op with a strong analytical background and a passion for data-driven decision-making. This role is tailor-made for individuals eager to dive deep into construction data and unearth insights that will guide the development of AI-driven products. Your research and analysis will play a critical role in shaping our product features, ensuring they address real-world challenges in construction management.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand the construction industry landscape, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Engage with users to gather and analyze requirements, using insights to influence product features and direction.
  • Work closely with the development team to prioritize product features based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Leverage construction data to identify patterns, trends, and inefficiencies that our products can address, guiding the direction of model development.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking to ensure our products are competitive and meet market demands.
  • Collaborate across teams to support product roadmap planning and execution.
  • Contribute to the creation of product documentation and marketing materials.


Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related program with a strong interest in product management and technology.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with a knack for uncovering user needs and market opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, statistical methods, or machine learning being highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
