The ideal candidate would have experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Social Media Management, Email marketing campaigns, and event planning, execution, and management.


Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator with a focus on product marketing, events coordination, and expanding our contact database
  • This role is instrumental in supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote our products/services, manage events effectively, and grow our customer and prospect database
  • Assist in developing and implementing product marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively
  • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales support materials
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to refine product messaging and positioning
  • Support product launches and promotional activities to drive awareness and sales
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and customer events
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, signage, and audiovisual requirements
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and promotional strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve event objectives
  • Manage and expand the company’s contact database through effective data acquisition and segmentation strategies
  • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement
  • Analyze database trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and lead-generation efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content creation, and sales to align marketing activities with business goals
  • Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing, events coordination, and database management
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
