This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment dedicated to thoughtful, innovative, and high-quality design solutions.   Responsibilities: • Work closely with project teams to develop design concepts and translate project objectives into compelling interior solutions. • Prepare design drawings, presentations, and technical documentation that align with project goals and comply with building codes and regulations. • Research and recommend innovative design methodologies, materials, and technologies to enhance project quality and sustainability. • Participate in design team meetings and contribute to fostering a creative and collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and experimentation. • Assist in preparing and presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project requirements. • Actively pursue professional development opportunities, such as workshops, conferences, or certifications, to enhance design and technical skills. • Support Project Managers in assigning project workflows, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-qualitydesign solutions.   Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program. • Experience: 3+ years of professional interior design experience, including involvement in design and documentation phases. • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with building and material systems and all regulatory standards. • Software proficiency: Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam Studio, and Miro, with the ability to quickly adapt to other relevant design tools and technologies. • Proactive learner: Demonstrates initiative in pursuing educational and professional development opportunities independently. • Licensure progress: Licensure or having taken active steps toward completing the NCIDQ exams is preferred.
