Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program. • Experience: 3+ years of professional interior design experience, including involvement in design and documentation phases. • Technical knowledge: Familiarity with building and material systems and all regulatory standards. • Software proficiency: Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam Studio, and Miro, with the ability to quickly adapt to other relevant design tools and technologies. • Proactive learner: Demonstrates initiative in pursuing educational and professional development opportunities independently. • Licensure progress: Licensure or having taken active steps toward completing the NCIDQ exams is preferred.
