Position Overview:
As Office Lead, you will act as a core member of our team, handling complex financial analysis, engaging directly with high-caliber clients, and working closely with other senior bankers on transformative deals. This role requires someone with an innate ability to take ownership, an established network in New York’s financial landscape, and the drive to secure new business. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong foundation in public markets and capital raising.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deal Execution & Oversight: Lead financial analysis and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising mandates. Develop and manage models, perform due diligence, and drive the execution process for live transactions.
- Business Development: Leverage existing relationships within the New York market to originate and cultivate new client opportunities, driving Equiturn’s strategic growth in key sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Partner directly with clients, supporting senior bankers in developing presentations, strategic roadmaps, and closing processes. Act as a trusted advisor in engagements, with exposure to public market activities.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Begin to mentor and develop junior talent, fostering an environment of high standards and dedication to client service and financial excellence.
Qualifications:
- Investment Banking Experience: 3-5 years in investment banking, ideally with experience in public markets, private equity, or capital markets transactions.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong connections within New York’s finance community. Proven ability to contribute to business generation and client relationship-building.
- Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis, with a track record of executing high-quality work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with an ability to build trust with clients and position Equiturn as a preferred strategic advisor.
