  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate licenses, and stay informed on licensing changes.

  • Collaboration: Work with IT, procurement, and other departments, and provide SAM training.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in software asset management or related field. Experience with SAM tools (e.g., Flexera, ServiceNow) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Excel; knowledge of software licensing and compliance.
  • Certifications: CSAM, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus.
