Foreclosure Paralegal

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal to join the team at a growing, busy law firm based in Southfield, Michigan The foreclosure paralegal will work alongside the team's Senior Foreclosure Paralegal and the Managing Partner, contributing to a dynamic team that handles large volumes of work associated with each matter, case, or transaction.

The role is a fully onsite position in Southfield, Michigan, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Mailing or electronic filing of pleadings including motions and writs.

• Review Court or Clerk websites to determine case status.

• Call communication with courts to keep case information up to date.

• Client communication.

• Place outbound calls to defendants per the firm’s call policies.

• Receive incoming calls in line with the firm’s call policies.

• Ability to review and work with a high volume of files daily.

Requirements:

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.

• Experienced with Michigan e-filing system.

• Ability to investigate and understand various court/judge’s filing protocols.
