Legendairy Milk is a company based in Austin, TX, dedicated to providing products and services related to birth, breastfeeding, and child-raising. Our mission is to support new and expectant parents and their babies throughout this exciting time.


We are seeking an eager, results-driven E-Commerce coordinator responsible for helping drive the strategy and execution of our online business. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class experience across all of our DTC channels. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, a preferred background in e-commerce and/or business, an affinity for data, a proactive mindset, and a passion for women's health. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth and will support all Omni-channel brand initiatives including DTC, Amazon, and Retail (Wal-Mart and Target).


Responsibilities:

  • Work with Growth, Marketing, Customer Service and Senior Management teams to deliver an exceptional shopping and brand experience on legendairymilk.com
  • Monitor website performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Manage product listings across all platforms - inclusive of Amazon - ensuring accuracy, consistency and optimization
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure a seamless shopping experience across the LM website. Ensure a quick and timely resolution should issues arise
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to recommend innovative strategies for growth.
  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Provide support to customer service teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be Located in Austin, Texas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or related roles.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms. Shopify is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus
  • Understanding of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset
