Omni-Channel Project Manager

Our client, a global luxury fashion division, is hiring an Omni-Channel Project Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This position will assist in the roll out of new technologies across retail stores in North America. Candidates must have Cegid experience.


Job Duties Include:

  • Lead the regional implementation of retail and omni-channel projects always with a focus on delivering a best-in-class experience for clients and store employees
  • Collaborate with central IT teams throughout the project lifecycle to understand the global solution and adapt to regional needs
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources effectively
  • Partner across all levels of the organization to ensure successful outcomes
  • Define and track overall budget for equipment, vendors, and services required for projects
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance procedures to guarantee the user experience and performance
  • Develop training materials and knowledge base updates to support teams
  • Provide post-implementation support to address to ensure a smooth transition
  • Investigate recurring and systematic issues and identify opportunities for process and user experience improvement
  • Partner to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by stores
  • Provide support for omni-channel applications or flows and escalate as needed


Job Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an omni-channel environment
  • Hands-on experience with Cegid Y2 point-of-sale system, logistics, and multi-channel retail/eCommerce
  • Knowledge of retail digital applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information
  • Ability to speak a French, Spanish, or Italian as a second language is a plus
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Familiarity with Adyen, Avalara, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce SOM, OneStock, and UPS WorldShip preferred


Salary: $110k - $130k annually + bonus
